I stand at the intersection of corporate strategy and creative expression, weaving together logic and imagination to inspire authentic, courageous leadership. My work is rooted in one truth: Love is the lifeblood of growth—in life and in work.

In Jan 26, I will publish my first book, Crafted by Heart: Living and Leading with Love—a call to live and lead with purpose and humanity and to find grace and depth in inner stillness. This is not just a book for boardrooms; it is for anyone who leads—in families, friendships, and communities.

As a speaker and podcast guest, I spark conversations that matter, on resilience, values-led leadership, authenticity, the wisdom of stillness, and rising through adversity and change.

Every word I write, every stage I step onto, every leader I coach is guided by this belief: the future belongs to those who lead with courage, creativity, and love.

Writing my book, 'Crafted by Heart - Living and Leading with Love', has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life.

It has been a privilege to weave together the stories of my own journey, the heart and mission of my charity, and the extraordinary women I’ve met, led, and coached along the way. Each story carries courage, vulnerability, growth, and truth. Together they form something far greater than I ever imagined.

What surprised me most is how deeply healing the writing process has been. To slow down, reflect, and put words to lived experiences is an act of care. Writing created space to honour lessons learned, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with purpose. It reminded me that healing can happen through creation, reflection, and connection.

My book is also about leadership grounded in love, compassion, and humanity. The kind that listens deeply, lifts others, and leads with empathy. The kind I have seen embodied by so many women who continue to inspire me every day.

I am profoundly grateful - for the stories shared with me, for the trust placed in me, and for the reminder that when we lead with love, we create space for others to rise.

More to come, but today I’m simply holding deep gratitude for the journey.

Yesterday was one of those rare, grounding days

Spent in conversation with the incredible Jane Gunn – The Barefoot Mediator – a woman who is truly changing how we approach conflict, leadership and resolution.

We met on January 6th – Nollaig na mBan (Women’s Little Christmas in Ireland). A day that honours women’s resilience, invisible work and the importance of rest, reflection and reconnection.

A few hours by the fire in a beautiful Oxford pub, planning, creating and visioning what’s ahead – including a very exciting Blume event this October and big thinking for 2026.

Leadership doesn’t always shout. Sometimes it listens, softens and creates space for better conversations. Jane does this brilliantly.
